Marie Cardwell arrived in Oak Ridge in February, 1945. She was hired as the Document Librarian for the Y-12 Plant and held for the remainder of the Manhattan Project, and for several decades afterwards.
Francis Birch (1903-1992) was an American geophysicist. In 1942, Birch worked at the MIT Radiation Lab, which was tasked with radar development.
Johnstone worked at the 300 Area at Hanford during the Manhattan Project.
Dorothy Kerr worked for the H. K. Ferguson Company.
