John W. Dulin served as a 2nd lieutenant in the 393rd Bombardment Squadron. He was the navigator regularly assigned to the B-29 Strange Cargo.
James K. Elder, Jr. served as a technical sergeant in the 393rd Bombardment Squadron. He was the flight engineer regularly assigned first to Luke the Spook and later to Big Stink.
