William Vatter was an American accounting scholar. Vatter was born in 1905 in Cincinnati. In his early years he hoped to be a musician, and he played the violin, viola, piano and French horn.
Marilyn (Evans) Howe was a research assistant in the Technical Division of the University of Chicago’s Metallurgical Laboratory (“Met Lab”) during the Manhattan Project.
Honnecker worked at the 300 Area at Hanford during the Manhattan Project.
