Nicholas Constantine Metropolis was born on June 11th, 1915, in Chicago. In 1936 he received his bachelor’s degree, and in 1941, his doctorate, both from the University of Chicago, and both in experimental physics.
M. Carey worked for the Roane-Anderson Company.
Brewer worked at the 200 East Area at Hanford during the Manhattan Project.
H. R. Kroegar worked for the Tennessee Eastman Corporation at the Y-12 Plant.
