Nathaniel T. Burgwyn served as a corporal in the 393rd Bombardment Squadron. He was the radar operator of the B-29 Full House, which served as a weather reconnaissance plane on the Hiroshima bombing mission, and the backup strike plane on Iwo Jima on the Nagasaki mission.
Roy Williams worked for the Tennessee Eastman Corporation at the Y-12 Plant.
After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from New York University, Hal Behl registered with the National Roster of Scientific and Specialized Personnel and was drafted into the Army.
