Norman Foster Ramsey, Jr. (1915-2011) was an American physicist and winner of the 1989 Nobel Prize in Physics.
Koetski worked at the K-25 plant at Oak Ridge during the Manhattan Project. He was also a member of the K-25 basketball team.
