Coye Vincent was a staff worker at Los Alamos during the Manhattan Project.
Frances Zollner worked as a purchasing agent for the Manhattan Project at the University of Chicago. At Chicago, Zollner would meet many of the scientists who were improving various scientific parts and procedures throughout the duration of Manhattan Project.
