Louis Bernard Werner was an American chemist. Werner received a B.S. from the University of Idaho, and was working on his doctorate at the Univeristy of Chicago at Berkeley when he was recruited to work on the Manhattan Project at the Chicago Met Lab.
Vera Williams was in charge of the housing office at Los Alamos during the Manhattan Project. The wife of physicist John Williams, she also helped organize a maid service to help with housework and childcare.
Martha Alice Melton worked for the United States Engineer District Office.
Mehann worked in the 200 West Area at Hanford during the Manhattan Project.
