Edward Adler (1916-1998) was an American electrochemical engineer. During the Manhattan Project, Adler worked in a laboratory at Columbia University under Professor Harold Urey and Dr.
Robert H. Pratt Jr. served in the 393rd Bombardment Squadron.
Irwin P. Sharpe was born in 1921 and died just short of his 100th birthday in 2021. He was recruited for the Manhattan Project by his employer, General Electric, after he graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in engineering in 1942.
Before the war Oswald Greager was a high-ranking DuPont chemist. He took leave from DuPont in 1942 to join the Army's Chemical Warfare Service.
