Jack Hefner joined the Manhattan Project at Oak Ridge in 1943. Hefner was a reactor engineer and helped supervise the construction of the X-10 Graphite Reactor.
Abraham L. Longfield was a Procurement and Property Officer for the University of Chicago’s Metallurgical Laboratory (“Met Lab”) during the Manhattan Project.
Jordan worked at the 300 Area at Hanford during the Manhattan Project.
